Wild Camping Brecon Beacons - Unfortunately I cant make it this weekend or Id suggest joining you there. My friend Ben and I had an excellent time trekking around the Brecon Beacons last weekend on a 3-dayer wild camping with Tarps over two nights. Although not as vast as nearby Snowdonia National Park it is rural enough that finding a spot can be done.

As a para I can vouch for the fact that The Parachute Regiment wild camps digs trenches and generally bums around the region - so I see know reason for a civvie not to do the same. There are a number of good places to wild camp on the Black Mountain which is on the west side of the Brecon Beacons.
